Sad Lady Gnome – in an Essex Garden

Sad Lady Gnome - Graphite illustration 2019 drawn in a lovely Essex garden; she looks so forlorn i was drawn to sketch her permanent pose with a soft pencil on cartridge paper and add tenderness whilst doing so. I didn't want to disturb the scene with foliage or flowers, although i may add same with colour if you prefer. Available on canvas  Size 21 x 28 cm.  Poem included.
